Agnieszka Przybyło is a compassionate and dedicated yoga teacher at Qi Wellness Clinic in Lemont, known for her calming presence and deep expertise in Yoga Nidra — the art of conscious relaxation. She brings warmth, mindfulness, and a healing energy to every class, guiding her students toward a state of balance, restoration, and inner peace.
A proud graduate of Physical Education Studies in Poland, Agnieszka has a strong foundation in movement science, anatomy, and the principles of physical well-being. She is also a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher (200YTT) and has completed advanced Reiki training, allowing her to integrate energy healing techniques into her sessions for an even deeper restorative experience.
Agnieszka’s yoga journey began as a personal exploration into holistic health. Through years of practice and study, she discovered the profound benefits of Yoga Nidra, an ancient meditative practice that helps release tension, reduce stress, and activate the body’s innate ability to heal. Recognizing the transformative potential of this method, she made it the heart of her teaching philosophy.
In her sessions, Agnieszka blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, Reiki energy work, and guided relaxation to help students reach a deep state of rest while remaining fully aware. Her classes are welcoming to all — from beginners seeking stress relief to experienced practitioners wanting to deepen their mindfulness practice.
Agnieszka believes that Yoga Nidra is more than just relaxation — it’s a pathway to self-discovery, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Through her work at Qi Wellness Clinic, she creates a safe, nurturing space where students can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling refreshed in both body and mind.
“Yoga Nidra is the pause button for the soul — a moment to step out of life’s busyness and remember your own stillness.” – Agnieszka Przybyło

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that leads the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains awake and aware. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions and systematized in the 20th century by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, it draws from classical yoga, tantra, and Sankhya philosophy. The practice typically begins with the practitioner lying in Savasana (corpse pose), followed by setting a Sankalpa—a heartfelt intention or affirmation. The session then moves through a rotation of consciousness (a body scan), breath awareness, the experience of opposite sensations (such as heat and cold), and visualization exercises. These elements work together to systematically relax the nervous system and access deeper layers of consciousness.

Yoga Nidra creates a state between wakefulness and sleep in which the body rests deeply, yet the mind remains receptive. This unique state allows the practitioner to tap into the subconscious mind, making it a powerful tool for emotional healing, behavior change, and stress relief. Scientific studies have shown that Yoga Nidra can reduce anxiety, lower cortisol levels, improve sleep quality, and assist in managing PTSD and chronic pain. It is accessible to people of all ages and physical conditions, as it requires no movement or flexibility—just stillness and willingness to follow the guided voice.
