Organic Acid Profile

The Organic Acids Profile (OAp) analyzes the levels of various organic acids in a urine sample. It provides insight into a person’s metabolic function by identifying patterns of these acids. They indicate potential issues with nutrient absorption, detoxification pathways, mitochondrial function, gut microbiome balance, and overall health based on factors like diet, genetics, and environmental exposures . It gives a snapshot of how well the body is metabolizing nutrients and eliminating toxins.
