Agnieszka Przybyło is a compassionate and dedicated yoga teacher at Qi Wellness Clinic in Lemont, known for her calming presence and deep expertise in Yoga Nidra — the art of conscious relaxation. A proud graduate of Physical Education Studies in Poland, Agnieszka has a strong foundation in movement science, anatomy, and the principles of physical well-being. She is also a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher (200YTT) and has completed advanced Reiki training, allowing her to integrate energy healing techniques into her sessions for an even deeper restorative experience.
Agnieszka’s yoga journey began as a personal exploration into holistic health. Through years of practice and study, she discovered the profound benefits of Yoga Nidra, an ancient meditative practice that helps release tension, reduce stress, and activate the body’s innate ability to heal. Recognizing the transformative potential of this method, she made it the heart of her teaching philosophy.
